Who You are:

​

• Passion for specialty coffee and exceptional customer service / customer-first mindset

• Positive, energetic, upbeat, and friendly attitude

• Previous barista experience highly preferred (required for Lead Barista)

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible, with a strong sense of accountability

• Eager to learn and adaptable—our new shop will evolve quickly. Procedures will be fine-tuned and improved 

• A multitasking pro who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment and can pivot quickly as priorities change

• Receptive to feedback, always looking for ways to improve and able to incorporate feedback into personal performance

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate guests about coffee and make recommendations based on preferences

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Willing to complete required certifications, including a Food Handler Certificate

• Able to work independently and collaborate with other baristas to create a positive experience for customers and team members

Requirements for Lead Barista/ Experienced Barista

​

• Previous barista experience REQUIRED (2+ years specialty coffee preferred)

• Able to train, mentor, and inspire a team of baristas to foster a positive, high-energy work environment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills/Customer-first mindset

• Demonstrates ability to consistently produce high-quality latte art

• Expertise in dialing in espresso grinders for optimal extraction

• Proficient in managing fast-paced bar operations while maintaining quality and efficiency

• Able to take on opening and closing shifts and complete tasks efficiently

• Ability to educate guests, gauge preferences, and make thoughtful recommendations

• Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)

• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety standards

• Food Handler Certificate (willing to obtain)

• Maintains a polished, and professional appearance

Requirements for Part-time/Full-time, Barista/ Caffe Team Member

​

• Previous barista experience highly preferred; experience in hospitality, restaurants, or bar environments is also valued

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for following drink instructions, recipes, and customer preferences.

• Food Handler Certificate (required or willing to obtain)

• Maintains a polished and professional appearance
