Who You are:

​

  • Passionate for specialty coffee and hospitality, with a customer-first mentality

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, friendly, upbeat

  • Previous barista experience HIGHLY PREFERRED for barista position(s) and required for our Lead Barista position.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliable and punctual

  • Eager to learn and highly adaptable- we are a NEW shop. Startups evolve fast- evolving SOPs,  fine tuning of our procedures, etc. 

  • Thrive in fast-paces work environments and is ready to dive into action at a moments notice

  • Be able to work quickly, embrace and learn new information, multi-task and incorporate feedback into personal performance.

  • Respectful and willing to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor when communicating with fellow baristas and customers

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • The ability to educate guests at different coffee knowledge and make recommendations based on their preferences

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including early mornings, evenings,  weekends, holidays as needed. 

  • Willing to complete required certifications, including Food Handler Certificate
